Hit a monthly effectuated AP milestone, earn the bonus next to it. Then your 3-month persistency decides how much of that bonus is paid.

Producer must be active and in good standing. Persistency is calculated across all Eterna carriers at the end of 4 months; new agents are assumed above 85% unless month 1 or 2 shows otherwise.
Individual producers start at 70 and climb on personal production. Agencies start at 105 and climb on total hierarchy production. Levels 125–145 are agency qualification only.
| Level | Personal production (annual premium) | Hierarchy production (annual premium) |
|---|---|---|

Moving up: produce at the higher tier for 2 consecutive months, with your assigned upline's approval. Staying there: minimum production at least one month per calendar quarter. The 50% rule: if one downline is more than half your hierarchy production, only 50% of it counts toward attainment and agency bonuses.
Advances. Commission advances are not guaranteed. Eligibility for the 9-month advance program depends on persistency and quality metrics, and every policy carries a $3,000 maximum advance cap.
Chargebacks within 30 days of the advance statement (rapid): the advance is recovered from your commission earnings first — not the reserve — and the reserve deposited on that policy is reversed. If commissions are not enough, your balance goes negative until offset by future commissions.
Chargebacks after 30 days (full or prorated): your chargeback reserve is applied first, until depleted.
Roll-up. A negative balance with no new commissions within 30 days: reserve is applied first, and the remainder rolls to your immediate upline — or, if that upline has had no advances in the last 15 days, to the next eligible upline, until one is found. Combined negative balances roll together, and unresolved balances ultimately sit with Eterna's direct downline until recovered. Uplines can monitor every downline balance in the Eterna portal.
True-up. When you earn again, commissions first clear your negative balance, then repay rolled-up chargebacks, and the rest is paid out or allocated to reserve.
Monthly effectuated annualized target premium for issued paid policies (IPP) only, as shown in the Eterna agent portal. A policy whose initial payment does not go through (EFF IPFAIL) counts as a failed submission, not production.
Produce at the higher tier for 2 consecutive months. Every contract level change must be approved by your assigned upline.
To maintain a level, minimum production must be met at least one month per calendar quarter. Eterna reserves the right to change contract levels, production targets, payouts, and terms upon written notice.
Bonuses are finalized at the end of the following month and paid within 7 business days of being final. Your 3-month persistency sets how much of the bonus is paid, per the table above. Bonuses are subject to offset if you have past-due debt or other monies owed to Eterna.
Downlines of agencies staged above 140 tier. And pooling sales under one NPN or producer to inflate monthly production is illegal, not bonus-eligible, and grounds for contract termination.
A percentage of each commission advance is held as a chargeback reserve, released based on the persistency of your policies. It exists so a cancelled policy does not turn into a debt you cannot cover. The exact schedule for your contract is in the portal and your agreement.
The commission advanced on it is subject to chargeback. Your reserve is there to absorb it. Keeping persistency high is what protects both your bonus multiplier and your reserve.
If one downline account is more than 50% of your total hierarchy production, only 50% of that production counts toward contract level attainment and agency bonuses. Build wide, not on one producer.
Exclusive marketplace pricing (calls and leads at Eterna cost) requires holding Eterna carriers only, verified by the portal within 30 days. It is separate from your contract level, but both reward the same thing: producing through Eterna.
Production figures describe program rules, not a promise of income. Eterna does not guarantee sales, income, or results. Eterna reserves the right to change contract levels, production targets, payouts, and terms upon written notice. Full program terms: Terms & Disclosures. Licensed in all 50 states.
